Is Theta a top house? Who do they mix with (sororities and fraternities)? Also, are they super competitive, could you get a bid if you got good recs, had a good rush, but aren't a legacy? Thank y'all!

Do sororities at Baylor have private invite parties? How do you get invited?

Depends on who you ask, not as definitive an answer than Kappa and Pi Phi.

Sororities are becoming more diverse with who they hang out with, due to their 200+ numbers.

Theta hangs out with everyone, but I guess a majority hangout with the top three fraternities(Phi Delt Kappa Sig SAE) and then mostly with Phi Chi and Pi Kapp.

They have always been pretty dang good. The ones that drink (70% of the chapter) hang out a lot with SAE, K-Sig, Phi Delt, Delt, and SigEp. The ones that don't drink hang around KOT, Ect.

I'd put them second after pi phi, because most people can't stand kappa girls... theyre mean. they hang out with everyone except maybe tke and beta. they are the most fun and diverse sorority, you can find all kinds of girls in it which is good. not all party, not all Jesus.

I'd put them second as well. Pi Phi and Theta are the most fun groups to hang out with. They have a mixture of some religioius girls, but most are not like that at all.

Depends on what you value. I personally think they're more in the middle behind Pi Phi, Kappa and Chi O. Honestly most of the sororities at BU are good so don't get wrapped up in what other people think.
