junior standing hours

what makes it so different rushing as a sophomore with junior hours? I hear there are advantages? Help me out please! Thanks.

Juniors usually get whoever they want because they won't be there long. Sophomores count as two bids from what I've heard so usually it is more difficult for them unless you know a lot of sorority women.
