If your received your second choice on bid day

I know there are girls who devastated to have gotten their second choice on Bid Day: ]
1) There are great girls in EVERY sorority on campus. Just because it doesn't have the Big Name doesn't mean they aren't also great!
2) Give the sorority that extended you a bid a chance. You will most likely meet your new sisters and realize they are the exact same kind of girls as you.
3) Don't base your experience on someone else's perception of what each house is valued by. Your opinion is the only one that matters.
4) The house that extended your bid really wants you and is excited to have you join their sisterhood. That matters. If it isn't the biggest and flashiest house during recruitment that doesn't make them any less awesome.
5) If you choose not to accept your bid it is highly unlikely that you will have a better outcome going through the process again next year. You will need to decide if it's more important to take that risk or more important to become a part of the awesome Greek Life experience at Baylor.
