Not that I'm saying thetas aren't on here but axo and zta are honestly really similar. theta's more similar to chi o and tri delt but with more girls who like to go out

definitely not on par with theta. theyre a great house with some great girls, but not even close to theta. I’d say they’re more on par with alpha phi and zeta
