PKT top houses?

Not sure if I want to go here or UT yet. I keep seeing people on UT’s page that Pi Phi, KKG, and Theta are “top” there and I’m wondering if that’s true here as well.

This is Baylor and those houses are nothing like Baylor.

Top houses at Baylor are:
Tri Delt and Chi O

People assume theta is also a top because PKT is true at most big 12 and texas schools but not here. It’s more like PKZ or PKC if you really want an acronym. Theta is good in grades but doesn’t get the prettiest girls if that’s what we’re basing ranks on.

Pi phi kappa zeta tri delt chi o are top 5. some are more set on partying, grades, religion. just depends on what u want

PKT is true for alot of Texas-Oklahoma schools.

But at Baylor... Theta is good but probably not top 3 good.
