The girls in my dorm are telling me they already know they are going Pi Phi or Kappa and one Chi-o. Like they already signed leases for next year based on what they and their friends are supposedly pledging. HOW?????

The biggest problem with signing leases is that it doesn’t actually mean girls get a bid. I’m mc 20 and one of my close friends last year signed a kappa lease and got cut and then was stuck in a house with them
