are sorority rec letters important?

I'm a freshman and have been going to a lot of sub dinners but just realized you need rec letters! If I don't have rec letters will I not get into anything?

I think rec letters are required to get a bid from almost every sorority at Baylor.

Yeah rec letters are important. Maybe ask the girls that have been rushing you to help you find someone to write a rec letter for you. They want to help.
