These are worth joining:
KOT, Fiji, Kappa Sigma, SAE
SigEp, Phi Delt, ATO, Delt

These are terrible and not worth joining ever:
TKE, Pi Kap, Beta, Phi Chi, or any of the off campus frats

These are very VERY average. SigEp, ATO, Pi Kapp

These are terrible and not worth joining ever:
TKE, Beta, Phi Chi, or any of the off campus fraternities.

2.5 SAE/Phi Delt
3. Delt/SigEp
4. [distinct gap]
5 ATO
5.5 Pi Kap/TKE
6. Beta/ off campus Sig Chi

I think that is everyone around right now.
