(not in any particular order)
Pi phi: sporty, usually blonde, think they’re top ish, host Howdy, guys like them
Kappa: spoiled, daddy’s money, odd assortment of girls, the only unifying thing about kappa is $$$
Zeta: party hard, stereotypically pretty but only with a pound of makeup on, guys like being seen with them, good bunch of nice girls, but a lot are straight up mean
Theta: low key party hard, a lot of smart girls, no one particularly loves nor hates them, kinda involved on campus, but not particularly
Tri delt: smart, they’re split down the middle having partiers and saints, typically nice girls
Chi o: chacos, some genuine girls but a whole lots of fake ones, granola, trendy
Axo: not super relavent, but they have nice girls, not a super unified group
Adpi: sweet girls who are kinda awkward, kind
Alpha phi: dramatic, new kids on the block, too early to say much more, but they seem pretty and nice?

Kappas are not rich at all. They try to convince everyone with their knock off designer stuff from discount stores.
Kappas have no style, class and money can’t buy looks.

this was obvi written by someone who does not like kappa, axo, zeta for some reason. im guessing you are associated with piphi, aphi, or tridelt considering the fact that you gave them the best reviews.
