The lower tier frats: Pi Kapp, Delt, KA, SigEp.....all try and be smaller and less cool versions of Kappa sig.
SAE: just got back on...a even smaller and more dorky version of Sigma Chi. Take the guys that Sigma Chi would not.
TKE & Beta: Have not idea...literally never met one of these guys in my life. I assume this is where you go when you can't get a bid anywhere else.

Pi Kap parties are decent but delt sausage fests are laughable compared to a ksig, fiji or even ato party
