Yes, they don't have their whole class picked out but the top ones have a pretty good idea of what girls they want. It's not too late to be seen on their list though. Sub dinners are an awesome way to meet girls. GO TO THEM. The girls genuinely notice who is there week after week and that influences them to want to hang out with you therefor getting your name throughout the soroity if they like you. If a member really likes you they will introduce you to all their friends so their friends will vote for you during rush. If you're a freshman try to get to know a sophomore because they are the ones looking for their littles and they have a lot of say if you get in for rush or not

basically the top 4 have already decided a lot of who they are taking and who they are not taking.
but you still have time if youre rushing to get your name out, just do it asap.

Most of the sororities know who they want but aren't sure of how some girls will go. Extra girls are always added at the end to make up for losing some to another house. This is especially true for PBP/KKG and XO/DDD since they rush the same girls.
