Greek housing at Baylor University

Which frats own the most houses near campus? I know ato has a lot at the grove but I’m wondering number wise

Wish Baylor would let us build real stand alone Fraternity and Sorority houses.

Real shame.

In no particular order, KOT, Sigma Chi, Kappa Sig, and FIJI have most of the “guy” houses on the Baylor side of La Salle locked down. There are a few ATO in the mix, but those first four fraternities’ “pass-downs” / main concentrations are near campus.
