The top three have done nothing to distinguish themselves from each other.
KOT still get the pledge class it wants, with little interference from others.
Delt and Sig Ep have made improvements that deserve recognition.

Alabama:DKE SAE SN Phi Delt SN KA Phi Gam then New Row: Theta Chi Delta Chi SX
I don't see Pi Kapp anywhere. Just because Pi Kapp is more respectable at these schools then here doesn't mean they are top tier there.
My Alabama buddy laughed when I texted him about who's good there and Pi Kapp's rep.

Its mostly right that a large portion of kids in BU greek life would get shafted by the Old Row fraternities at SEC schools, even most other Big 12 schools. Only guys in SAE and Phi Delt, and some older Ksigs and FIJIs would get top tier bids almost anywhere (at least in Texas.) Those who I am talking about came from good feeder high schools, good money and connections, and friends and family who went Old Row in the south.

I agree with the above claim that Phi Delt and SAE would get top tier bids at other schools but you forgot KOT. And Fiji and KSigs older classes are much stronger as well. RIght on the money.

At UT if you went to the right school you are praciticially guarenteed a bid to top tier, yes even the weird dorky ones (think St Marks, Jesuit, Westlake, etc.)
Kids from these schools usually end up at Baylor's top tier as well.
Almost any top tier fraternity member at Baylor went to school with people from other
schools' top tier.
