The top three have done nothing to distinguish themselves from each other.
KOT still get the pledge class it wants, with little interference from others.
Delt and Sig Ep have made improvements that deserve recognition.

Fiota... 9 members, lets at least give TKE credit for having a name
Fiota also recruits different types of members, only in IFC because their nationals thinks it will be better from them
If you think Kappa Sig has a leg up on SAE and Phi Delt your an idoit. Kappa Sig is lucky it's not with Fiji after its mediocre pledge classes.

Who cares? Both suck anyway. Sig Ep is creepy as hell and Pikapp is very lame and tries too hard.

Phi Delt has consistently gotten quality pledge classes, and runs like a more traditional fraternity than some of the other groups on campus.
KOT was already on the fringe with its usual gobber pledge classes, buttheir recent pledge class looks more middle tier than other years. What happended?
Kappa Sig has done good the last few years, except recently they look like they are headed downards to for similar reasons than KOT
SAE has really been the only one that has consistenly remainded on top, and will do so for years to come

I'll have to disagree with you. KOT will always be top tier, or within their own category. They are better than SAE. As for those guys, I feel like they're falling now. I could easily see them as middle tier next year. Phi Delt will continue to rise, KOT will just about always be somewhat if a big deal, Kappa Sig will be like Fiji, and SAE needs to change itself for the better.

Well I guess we'll agree to disagree. No fraternity/social-service club can say they will always be top tier. They're better than SAE in some ways, worse in others, but that is neither here nor there.
KOT, with their two most recent pledge classes, has fallen and if they continue on their current path will fall to a definite mid-tier. It really was that bad for them. KOT will struggle to continue to find a place in the new greek life.

Let's see how on top they are when they're at <40 members with tiny pledge classes. And get real, KOT will always be the premiere group. This can't be argued otherwise.
