Fiji is probably upper middle to be honest.
Delt, Pi Kapp, SigEp, KA are all about the same....take the same kind of guy...even take the same basic number of pledges.
SAE should be with Beta & TKE in the bottom tier....these are groups that no one wants to join and that have very few actives and take small pledge classes.
