Can someone please explain to me how SUB dinners and recruitment work? I've heard different things and I'm super confused... Help please!!!

Basically, during recruitment week youll go to different rooms. The sororities have all the girls on lists basically. The more girls you know, the higher you are on the list during voting. The point of subdinners is for PNMs to get their name out to sororities so that they aren't at a disadvantage during rush week.

Are the sorority girls assigned to find certain girls to talk to or is it just random?

Not really, girls might be more inclined to talk to PNMs they already know or legacies, but just go in and make friends! The girls want to meet everyone
