will there a chance that any chapter will do cob?

same!! i don’t know which ones are doing COB and i don’t really know how to find out which ones are or how to do it but some people have been saying to talk to members of the chapter you’re interested in but like i don’t want to seem pushy and make them not like me😢

i emailed them yesterday morning but still haven’t gotten a response back. maybe i need to email someone else?
