Letsbehonest. Some groups really didn't get good girls this last year.
Top Tier: [Kappa dropped significantly]
Pi Phi, Kappa
Middle: [Same old Same old]
Theta, Chi O
Bottom: [Tridelt dropped in class, ADPi and AXO improved drastically]
Zeta, ADPi, A Chi O, Tri Delt

Tri Delt has a long history at Baylor, but is falling
Zeta has been improving for a while now, used to be down with ADPi and AXo
ADPi and AXO both improved tremendously last cycle but still have work to do
Tri Delt and Zeta still have a leg up on ADPi and AXO, but things may change...

The only reason TriDelt and Zeta may have a leg up on ADPi and AXO is because of a hard to drop stereotype. no one wants to be the bottom. So they pick someone to label as the bottom and its hard for them to move up because they have to take someone else's spot.
Look at ADPi's 2013 pledge class from last January. They're middle-top tier. They're surrounded by complete bottom tier older girls, but once those girls are gone and graduated, ADPi will shoot up.

Unless Baylor gets another sorority, ADPi will always be bottom. Sorry guys. A lot of awesome girls went through rush last year and you got the leftovers, while the girls are better than previous classes, so were every other sorority's pledge classes... with the exception of tri delt and kappa, who didn't do very well last year or the year before.
Look around you. ADPi is not-- and never will be (unless ZTA, Pi Phi, Theta, XO and KKG all get kicked off campus) middle-top tier.

Tri Delt isn't in the bottom and you all know it. You're talking about class like you'd know what that is. Obviously girls in other sororities are trying to convince PNMs that this is the truth. And no, I'm not a Tri Delt but it's easy to see what some people are trying to do. Just stop and work on improving your own sorority.

Tridelt used to be both classy and good looking. ADPi and AXO have always been classy, but the older girls lacked in looks and personality. Since they rushed better pledge classes (they have some great looking girls now) it can be debated that they may even be above Zeta.
Tridelt had looks, but looks only get so far. They REALLY dropped in class. Which is why they were put at bottom.
