how is kappa top tier??

How is Kappa top tier? I hardly know anyone who wanted Kappa. Everyone wanted chi o or tri delt. Kappas are hot and wealthy but mean, fake and boring. Why does everyone consider them top tier?

Tri Delt and Chi O would get ripped up at other schools if they weren’t at Baylor. Pi phi/zeta/kappa are much more stereotypical sororities, which i think more girls want.
