Pi phi, Zeta, and kappa have the hottest girls and are top tier hands down. From a guys perspective these are the only ones that guys get excited about. End of story.

This is true for the most part. Most frat/athlete type guys will go for these 3 bc of looks and status / being "cool" but a lot of guys on campus just want a sweet down to earth girl that will go to church w them. There are different types of guys who want different things.
