rush help!

Okay so I just want to know straight up how the process of rush is for a girl like me with no connections and is a minority? I've been networking with some sorority alumni in my area, but other than that I pretty much have no other connections with sororities at Baylor. I just wanna know what I should expect, being a minority and a non-legacy? I'll also be a sophomore, so does that work as a disadvantage? Right now all I'm expecting is to go to all the meet and greets and meet as many girls as possible. I don't have a particular sorority I want because I'm trying to keep an open mind and like to make my own opinions. So, some advice would be great!! I just really feel like I'm at a disadvantage, which is why I didn't even bother to rush my first year.
