An historically agricutlure-based fraternity will not work at a private school, especially Baylor (TCU would be more likely, but also not probable).

If they were to come, Beta wil at least have a friend

Way to show your lack of class for a new organization. Baylor Greek life is an embarrassment and we will change that.

This is why Baylor's greek life is a joke. Worst out of the big Texas schools (UT, TCU, TECH, A&M, SMU, Baylor) You guys act like you need more support and to get better but then when you guys expand you revolt. Worst Greek life in Texas and close to the bottom in the big 12. (You're lucky ISU is in the big 12)

As much as I hate to agree with this guy, he's right. Where other greek organizations flourish with support amongst one another, ours is subpar. We need to work on cooperation if we are going to fight adminstration on get fraternity and sorority housing in the future.

On a side not yes Farmhouse is an awful fraternity name, and if they come here they will probably die off since no one at Baylor chews on a piece of straw all day long and wonders when it's going to rain again.

When there's so much hate between the Greek organizations, that's never going to happen.

Baylor's definitely not the worst in Texas, it's like the sixth best, which makes it one of the better ones. Still this page and the Baylor Greeks I've met mostly give off the "I'm a douche and try too hard" impression.

Tha's why I said the big Texas schools. And we all know UT, TCU, OSU, OU, Tech, and KU have better greek life than Baylor.

The IFC had a successful lobbying campaign in the early 2000s to have Baylor Administration allow chapter housing. Baylor Student Life officials even went to visit several other campuses to conduct feasibility studies for the potential. The plan ultimately died as administration positions changed and that was the closest Baylor ever came to having housing.
