rushing/pledging a frat

I want to rush and eventually pledge a fraternity. I'm going to be a sophomore and I want to get some advice. Any feedback would be appreciated. What should I do in order to set a good impression of myself? How should I act? My brother was in a frat at tech, but wasn't very clear about everything when I asked. Can you also tell me about the pledge process?

Well actually, it's actually pretty competitive to get a bid from ATO.

Be yourself and be open. Go out to rush events and be active in rush. If you're willing to be a member, members will see that and talk to you.

As for pledging, it just depends on the group
