Housing Corporations or the chapter's university own houses, not the national fraternity.

I get it that you guys are new to greek life, but look up your facts before you start rambling on how your fraternity will buy you a house.

Some houses are owned by nationals and leased out to the local chapters. Others are owned by the local chapter under a chapter house corporation. Depends on the group but usually the university has to approve the house being built regardless of who owns it.

You'd have to kill Stacy Riddle. So. She donated money for the Panhellenic with the requirement that there are no house at Baylor until she dies. She's in her mid to late 40s right now, so....good luck.
