upperclassman

experience-wise, i think going through recruitment as a freshman is most ideal. as an upperclassman it's just difficult to click with a PC that is younger than you (especially as a junior). as someone who rushed as an upperclassman, it just felt weird being around younger people, getting a "big" your age (or younger), etc. HOWEVER, it is not the end-all be-all. if you are already an upperclassman, there are still lots of great sorority experiences to be had!! you can still get really involved and make great friends. if you're a freshman considering putting off rush, i say just go for it now; if it doesn't work out this go-around, you can always rush another year too!!
