Pledge classes are so big at Baylor (like 100 a sorority) that all sororities are diverse and don’t fit one mold. Chi O/Tri Delt are very nice but in a more churchgoing/camp counselor way—if that isn’t your thing, you may feel a little judged for wanting to go out more. Pi Phi/Theta/Kappa/Zeta are all pretty hot and chill girls, and in that I think that Pi Phi and Theta are more similar personality-wise and Kappa and Zeta are more alike. I would probably say the first two are a little more sporty or hipster, and the second two are more like super girly. In Kappa there is a little more of a Highland Park vibe. A Chi O and ADPis are always nice too. A Chi O sometimes I get a little more of the Cali vibe not in a good way. Generally there are nice girls in all of them with some minor stereotypes for some. Just see where you fit during recruitment

Pi Phi and Kappa are very cutthroat when it comes to recruiting. I know lots of nice girls in the sorority, but they recruit by zip code and old money. If you didn't go to a wealthy high school, you're out. Alpha Chi , Tri Delt, and AdPi seem to be really genuine and nice. They take a more diverse group of girls. Adpi does have a bit of a stereotype for taking 'the leftovers'-girls who didn't really find a home anywhere else. Chi Os and Thetas are super sweet but a little cliquey due to their smaller size.ZTA goes through a different group every year.

Agree, but Pi Phi should also be last. Their pom/cheer, mean girl type image is tied with the Kappa in-house bullying.
