upperclassmen quotas

It really depends on the sorority. Typically they’ll take 8-9, but the sororities are trying to decrease the number of new pledges from this year foward which means the upperclassman quota is much lower. I wouldn’t worry about the quota so much, just focus on being friends with girls who will solidly vouch for you in the sorority and you’ll be fine
