cargo shorts

by: Curious

Why do Greeks hate on cargos? I always hear Frat guys hate on them and even make fun of people wearing them. I think they're very comfortable and find them very useful. What's the deal?

I head a lot of the boys of Beta wear cargo shorts to store their pokemon/yu-gi-oh cards and binoculars.

They were just a high school thing, and now everyone just believes they aren't cool anymore.

yuuuuuuuuuuuuuup, a pair of chubbies and a good classic pair of boat shoes (preferably Sperrys) are a must in the greek scene.

Sperrys are GDI and are almost on the same level as cargos. get a nice pair of newbies, quality boots, and some loafers. Also, wear only the finest threads that can only be had through upper echelon shopping outlets i.e. BB, Saks, Nordstrom, VV, and other fine stores/boutiques. Also, get wranglers and chubbies. Match these with those fine threads and Greek shirts, and you are a FRAT STAR

i wear chubbies, vineyard vines, chacos, and southern marsh you hill billy. again, i would not be caught dead wearing a pair of cowboy boots you hick, is that clear. i dont want to embarrass myself bcuz im not no hill billy. only hicks wear boots ok, cowbody boots are no where near FRAT, you obviously have no idea about what is and is not frat bcuz Boots are as far away from frat as they come. "puissant" are you for real? what is that sum Texan derogatory slang? this aint the 19th century son, give your head a shake .

I agree with this guy. Boots are very popular in the big12 and increasingly so in the SEC. I know multiple people at Alabama and Auburn that wear boots. It is becoming in style there. Typically speaking, SEC and Big12 are the frattiest
