How many is too many fraternities to rush?

I want to keep my options open

if you worried about not getting a bid from any frat, i would suggest rushing beta. beta gives out bids to basically anyone who breathes, you really do not even have to attend their lame rush events to get a bid, you just have to ask them or accept their offer if they ask you.

I would rush 1 or 2 and focus on them.

how many you feel you comfortable rushing with. This means being able to manage the time to go to all the fraternity's events and knowning the members' names.

Keep your options open, bids to the top fraternities are harder to come by

If you are really committed, I would say 3 or 4 at the most.

Rush 2-3 tops. Anymore and you look desperate.
