phidelt?

Ive seen on here like 10 times that "PhiDelt is on the rise." Why is this? They have no campus involvement or presences. They dont do sing (like tke) and never compete to win intramurals. They have low numbers and their most recent PC was only 12 SAE, Kappa Sig and Fiji rejects. The only reputation they have is to drink a lot and that isn't all that makes a fraternity. Also heard they were in pretty big trouble which might hurt their apparent rise to greatness. If someone can tell me why PhiDelt is on the rise that would be great. Thanks!

They did not only take a pc of 12, however they are very selective. I love these guys some of my best friends. They had DIA with the ying yang twins. Top tier

Phi Delt has nothing to brag about they are a bunch losers in high school who think they are TFM FaF because they bought whitewashed wranglers and suddenly they are top frat bro. Real men rush SAE and the like
