That's good advice but they're bound to get better girls anyway. Don't think tiers will change any time soon but with SO many great girls going through rush, they will get better pledge classes and improve over time.

So true! So many pledge classes improved significantly this past year just because of the amount of girls rushing. Next year will be even better. A chi o has good and bad, just like every sorority
