top fraternities

Yeah lets be real, ATO is not in the same league as Phi Delt. Phi Delt, although small, are coming on strong. ATO is right in the middle. Pikapp should be at the very bottom and Delt, sigep should be in the middle as well. It should look like this:

1st tier: Phi Delt, KOT, FIJI, Ksig,
2nd tier: SAE, Delt, ATO,
3rd tier: Sig Ep, Pikapp
4th tier: TKE, Beta, etc.

Phi Delt and SAE made a switch recently in my opinion since Phi Delt has been on the rise and have been partying hard. SAE had a weird PC and just arent as good as they used to be so theyre down. ATO seems to be pretty relevant now too. Delt was on a streak last year but arent as active. Pikapp keeps hurting themselves by being TFM wannabes. Ksig and Fiji, even though theyre not as good as they use to be, will always be relevant because ladies love them and they have the name. All others arent that great. All these frats are different too, even if they are similarly ranked. for example, SAE and Delt like to party alot and ATO not as much. same with Phi Delt and KOT.

Forreal? Phi Delt has nothing to back up at top tier status. They are small because no one wants to rush them.

1st Tier: KOT, Fiji, Ksig
2nd Tier: ATO
3rd Tier: Pi Kapp, SAE, Phi Chi
4th Tier: Phi Delt and the rest

Whoever made this ridiculous assumption is full of it and doesn't get it. The first reply seems most accurate. Having phi Delt and SAE below ato is a joke. Same league as phi chi? Haha that's too funny. Looks like someone got negged BAD by real fraternities.
