legacy mixers

Do any sororities have legacy mixers in the fall? How many legacies does a sorority usually take? I'm a KKG legacy and wonder if other houses will cut me because of that.

Most sororities take a closer look at legacies. All sororities differ on the amount of legacies they take. You don't have to say you're a legacy (I am a Kappa legacy too, but I didn't want to go Kappa here at all so I didnt say anything) and other sororities won't cut you IF you rush them in the fall. Go to sub dinners and see where you belong.

I know a Theta legacy who wanted Chi O and got Chi O. Legacy is good period.

Ditto, I'm a Zeta Legacy who wanted Kappa and got Kappa.

Legacy will not hurt you unless you show extreme interest in 2 sororities and one of them is the legacy. The other sorority will most likely cut you.
