Which sororities have the classiest girls and which frats have the classiest boys?

the lower tier sororities and mid tier fraternities seem to act a little classier for the most part

It's not based on tiers. I would say Tridelt and Chi-o are the classiest and they are top tier. As for fraternities, probably phi chi.

#2 is definitely a chi o and is definitely a sheltered phi chi groupie.
