Popularity and partying rank is in large part due to the attractiveness of the group. Frats want beautiful girls at their events. Elevates their egos.

My older brother is in a Frat and he disagrees with the Most Wanted by Freshman top two and has been telling us to keep an open mind. There's too much drama over boys. And he questions their alignment and standards with Frats who have been suspended for bad behavior. Those Frats are just using them.

Especially all the girls studying in health care fields.
They are the nurturing and caring ones.

These groups like to pre-game events just like Real Soccer Moms.
Makes them look like they don't drink and party while trying to keep a proper image.
