just like ut, top tier here is: PKT.
then middle
XO 3D
then bottom.
ZTA/AXO/ADPi

Kappa is only still top tier because, well, they're kappa... but if you go into all-around campus favorites, the best ones to go here are: Pi Phi, Tri Delta, Theta, and Chi O. all 4 of those groups have incredible girls.
Tri delt used to be higher but they are on the decline, as is kappa. Pi phi is the clear top house and theta snuck into the top tier last year and locked its place in it this year.

I predict that next year it will be:
Pi Phi, Theta, Chi O (chi o won't necessarily get better but kkg will get worse)
Kappa, Tri Delt, Zeta (getting better)
AXO (also getting better so we'll see)
ADPi.

guess it depends what your values are...I personally want a girl with brains and class so I'd rank them

If you wanted a girl with brains, KKG would NOT be number one. Some are super sweet but we need to be honest, they only excel in elementary education and shopping.

I'd say that tri delt and KKG moved into the middle tier and top tier is now Pi Phi, XO, theta.

Theta and pi phi got the prettiest girls this year by far and kkg and chi o got really stuck up girls who are nothing special. tri delt is getting worse every year and axo may move up but not top tier

I agree on kappa, but how exactly is chi o stuck up? I don't see it... and I have to disagree on tridelt also... I think they're staying up there

XO and DDD always have been top tier, and while theta may be moving up, DDD and XO are still both at the top with it.
