I know more about the sororities than fraternities but from a sorority standpoint:
Kappa- rich, snobby, pretty
Pi Phi- the athletic Kappa
Tridelt- goodie goodie, smart, pretty
Chi-O- camp counselors, love Jesus
Theta- pretty, party a lot
Zeta- more artsy and eccentric, some pretty girls
AXO- nice, preppy girls that party
ADPi- nice, seem to be well rounded but a shouldn't try so hard to get people

Kappa- nice, pretty, typically blonde and some are rich but some aren't
Tri-delta- pretty, super friendly, super Christian, and smart (highest gpa for new pledge class)
Pi Phi- athletic, pretty and loud
XO- super friendly and Christian
Zeta- random group, lots of diversity, most girls are pretty
Theta- pretty, party, smart
AXO- nice, party
ADPi- nice

From what I know about the frats:
Kappa sig- a little snobby but most nice and super attractive
KOT- attractive, a little more country
FIJI- party, nice guys
ATO- nice well rounded guys
SAE- super funny and fun to be around
Phi Chi- super Christian and really nice

I only really know about sororities here...

TriDelt - Smartest, pretty, churchy, sweet
Chi-O - smart, cute, jesus freaks
Zeta - some pretty and lots of party
Theta - smart pretty and party
AXO - alright looking, party

As for frats...
My favs are ATO Fiji and KOT
Kappa Sig is falling apparently and SAE is rising

Kappa Sig-A lot of cool guys, graduating a lot of the guys that make them popular, didnt take as good of pledge classes below but definitely top tier. Pretty decent parties. Great at Sing and overall well liked
Fiji- Doesnt have the best reputation, definitely top heavy with some cool guys but there is a huge discrepancy in who they take
KOT- Have a good image because they do everything the Baylor way, cool guys but they are all so similar and judgemental in a way. Parties are not that great unless you like dr pepper. With that said, they are top tier.
SAE- great guys, definitely rising with the recent pledge classes that have been great. throw the best parties on campus. Doesnt have the best reputation but it is improving and is the closest thing to a state school fraternity that baylor has. Top tier

KappaSig and Fiji: high school heros
Phi Delt and SAE: trying act like a state school

I hear Pi Kapp takes a lot of athletes, and their parties are filled with hot Thetas. Definitely a top tier fraternity.

TriDelt - brains
Chi-O - churchy
Zeta - pretty partiers
Theta - beer buddies
AXO - ok looking partiers
ADPi - classy

kappa - the spoiled little rich girls
theta - DIA is like their national holiday
chi o - they have never spent a summer Not at summer camp
adpi - the awkward leftovers, but they're sweet
pi phi - the crazy annoying ADD kid in elementary that ruled field day
a chi o - their accurate nickname is a chi ho
zeta - i don't even know
tri delt - they are Stepford wives without the husbands, complete plastic

kappa sig- brosephs all the way
kot - sing is their one and only shining moment
fiji - girls who pretend to be boys
ato - the normal ones
sae - they drink more alcohol than water
phi chi - mama's little boys
delt - aww they try to participate

the others are too small to notice. which is probably a good thing.
