ATO is far from top tier they are suspended right now as well. More accurately it would go
Top- KOT, Ksig
Upper middle- Fiji
Middle-sigma chi, pikapp, delt,
Lower tier- beta, Sigep, Tke, KA

ATO is somewhere in the lower middle tier.

SigEp knows that the concept of pledging is counterproductive to a brother's experience because it limits his abilities to participate or contribute to the chapter from day one. Restricting the rights of our brothers hinders growth and ultimately doesn't challenge them to reach their full potential.

That's the biggest wad of garbage I've heard in a while. Getting to bond with your pledge brothers on multiple levels is probably the greatest purpose of pledgeship and the Greek system as a whole suffers when we have to water it down because of national organization interference.
