All the sororities at Baylor are good, and everyone's opinions will change depending on the few girls that each of them knows. Within their own groups, Chi O and Tri Delt are still both kind of competitive but for a more camp counselor type. That being said based off of my experience at rush, in terms of competitiveness here are the ranks:
Pi Phi
Kapps/Theta
Chi O
Tri Delt/Zeta
A Chi O
ADPi

Um no these are not the rankings here. First off, every chapter has amazing girls bottom line. It's Baylor and Baylor has a great rush every year. But if you are going to rank them by popularity/word of mouth (some chapters are better at intramurals/sing while others have higher gpas/better philanthropy), then I would say something like this:
Pi Phi
Chio/Tridelt
Kappa
Theta
Zeta
ADPi
Axo
LOTS of girls seem to come in wanting pi phi but no one likes the way pi phi rushes girls. Chio/tri delt are very christian with a strong sisterhood, gpa, and philanthropy. Kappa is less involved but still very well liked and sought after, big for legacies/$$$. Theta is amazing and so underrated, they have a great sisterhood and very strong in their gpa.

Well thought out, and kind to the sororities mentioned. But, the original post is more accurate.
