All the sororities at Baylor are good, and everyone's opinions will change depending on the few girls that each of them knows. Within their own groups, Chi O and Tri Delt are still both kind of competitive but for a more camp counselor type. That being said based off of my experience at rush, in terms of competitiveness here are the ranks:

Pi Phi
Kapps/Theta
Chi O
Tri Delt/Zeta
A Chi O
ADPi

This is semi accurate and I also agree it depends on who you meet. As far as selectiveness, I would put Theta below Chi O

I agree, but I see Tri Delt as more of the future soccer mom and not so much the camp counselor type. That could just be me though

But as always, some will believe their own sorority should be higher. But if bias is taken out-- this is how most people see it. Best people to ask I about where the rest rank are PiPhis because they are pretty much undisputed top.
