Dead last: SigEp due to their dozen or so members.
SAE & ATO will both be back in the spring so they literally aren't losing anything but about 5-10 members they would've gotten in the fall which I'm sure they are planning to give bids to in the spring.

SAE lost out on around 20 pledges this spring and probably another 5 in the fall. They will be lucky to still have 38 members by the time they get back on campus. They may be able to pull back to the middle based on the SAE name but they will not be top tier again.
Phi Delt is dead....and lets be honest they were a terrible chapter anyway.

For one SAE got suspended an extra year so they won't be back till spring 2018. And two, ATO isn't just losing a fall pc they had a membership review and lost about 20% of the fraternity and will be losing more as they have another membership review before the spring.

Usually some one is ranked low: such as phi delt or pi kapp
So they start a new thread that ranks them higher.
Their hope is that somehow this will make them look better.
