Its obvious that Pi Phi and Kappa are top tier at Baylor.

As for a 3rd top tier......Theta is in a decent position to claim that 3rd spot.

I mean who else?

Chi-O and Tri Delt are bible beaters full of nerdy girls and are the female version of ATO/Phi Chi

Zeta and AXO are fun and like to party but don't have the history or name.

So Theta seems a good fit for the 3rd top tier spot.

About right. Though Kappa just hangs on from years of being top tier. The girls are just rich and have little going for them. Well, same with at lot of PPs
