Pi phis seem pretty good on the outside, but they do struggle with a major divide--half of them like to party and half of them think it's a sin. Their sisterhood really struggles. They're known for their love of gossip/drama and rushing 2 girls but dropping 1 on the last day of rush to fulfill a "points" system they have. I really don't like that. They are meaner than most other sorority girls—with little right to do so—because they aren't top house. I would avoid this chapter, but that's my opinion.

these girls are definitely known for being pretty but they dirty rush and only recruit certain girls. if your mom or sister wasn’t pi phi then chances are you ain’t gonna get pi phi.

the people on hear are for sure confused, pi phis are super nice girls and while they may have competition with aphi and chio they’re definitely still top tier. these girls are churchy and don’t really party.

Don’t get why pi phis are listed as top when anyone who actually attends Baylor knows that they are low to middle. Aphis have actually risen to be above them.

Every Pi Phi I know is either the sweetest or the b*tchiest girl you'll ever meet. I genuinely love my friends in Pi Phi, and think they are some of the greatest people on this planet, but some of their sisters have been so nasty and rude to me. It's hard to rate them when the girls are so different. 5 stars for the sweet girls. 0 stars for the mean ones. I would recommend they stop telling girls to wear merch on campus if they're not going to represent their sorority well by acting entitled at the dining halls, making catty comments as someone walks by, or giving backhanded compliments to their classmates.
