Pi Beta Phi - ΠΒΦ Sorority at Baylor University - BU 4.4 From the exterior i used to think these girls were blonde and beautiful and that was all to it. After getting to know members of the chapter i’ve been overwhelmed with how much they love. They are incredible people and haha not all blonde! I love the energy and love that they love to win. V competitive girls esp during intramurals and sing def more to these girls than looks

During recruitment, they look only for girls who look a certain way and have connections. Also, they aren't super involved in their philanthropy.
