I gave a good to Chi O, because it's a good sorority. However, the low rating for classiness and sisterhood because I don't "trust" the girls. Freshman, be careful. You will "fall in love" with the girls this fall because they can be very sweet. But, if you don't get a bid or choose not to go with Chi O as your top choice, they will ignore you and not socialize with you anymore. It's so sad.

Honestly just an average looking group from an outside perspective. Nothing wrong with that! I'm sure from an internal perspective they really do think they give off this awesome vibe! What I get from them though is a little bit of a cold shoulder and a camp counselor who's been overworked type look

I'm planning on rushing ChiO this year. I cheer with a ChiO, and am really impressed with the variety of girls she knows from ChiO. It seems like some of the sororities focus in on girls that are exactly like everyone else already in their group. That's fine, but I like to mix it up, and whenever I meet a new ChiO, I like the diversity of the types of girls there are (cheer, Science brainiacs, Artsy, glam, sporty, leadership, etc.), and that they are often hanging out with girls from other sororities and non sorority girls too. Love that! As far as frats go, I've mostly seen them with KOTs and ATOs, but they don't really seem to focus in on a specific frat. The ChiOs I have met have been warm and friendly, and I get a sincere vibe from them. I also know some ChiOs who have gotten jobs from graduated ChiO sisters, so the networking is working! Plus, I love that ChiOs partner with Make A Wish. ChiO for me!

Chi Os are great girls! At Baylor, they used to be called " camp counselor types" because of their outfit of choice involving huge (ginormous really) shirts, jogging shorts, and sport sandals. The last two pledge classes seem to have a lot more glamour girls ( the KOTs say there's a Blake Lively look alike). As many other reviews have stated, ChiOs are definitely smart girls, who are also pretty, like sports and student productions, and have a heart for God. More importantly, they are nice to people. You'll find ChiOs in a wide variety of groups- cheerleaders, athletes, performing arts, philanthropy, premed, business, and leadership. They raise a lot of money for the Make A Wish foundation every year. ChiOs are known to socialize with KOTs and ATOs the most, but it seems that they are friendly with everyone, whether you're involved in Greek life or not. You don't have to go Greek to have a great experience at Baylor, but if you do rush, ChiO is pretty awesome!

they all look like you dropped them off at camp for 5 years ago and forgot to pick them up. I wish they had more class to actually make themselves not look like granola groupies...wake up call it's not a cute look.

The Chios at Baylor are outgoing and very independent girls. Chi omega is very popular for rush, so it is pretty hard to get in, but don't let that stop you from following your heart. A lot of career minded women choose Chio because it is the largest on a National level and great for networking. That's great, but the Chios I've known said being in Chio at Baylor really made their college years the best 4 years of their lives! Socially, they have a LOT going on with formals, mixers, inter murals, fundraisers, etc, so if you have a super busy academic schedule, Chio might not be for you.
