Alpha Phi - ΑΦ Sorority at Baylor University - BU 2.4 girls dont compete with any of the other chapters. yes, it is newer so theyre still growing but so far they're getting a reputation like adpi.... i wouldent want to be apart of that.

Aphi was really competitive w bids.. you obviously got dropped 😬 the entire campus knows these two are incomparable

agree with other response. must have gotten dropped or something bc this chapter was winning girls with two bids, and the other chapter you mentioned was losing girls against no bids. not the same and aphi was definitely competitive this cycle.

Alpha Phi - ΑΦ Sorority at Baylor University - BU 5.0 I am not in a sorority, but all the Aphis I’ve met have been pretty and kind. They are a newer chapter and grow in popularity every year since I’ve been here. I think they have the best potential for any sorority, Alpha phi is a higher ranked sorority at every college I know of. Overall, for PNMs I highly recommend

Alpha Phi - ΑΦ Sorority at Baylor University - BU 4.7 I'm not in a sorority but if I decided to rush I would rush Alpha Phi. Everyone I have met is so friendly and naturally beautiful. They don't pile on the makeup like lots of girls in Texas do. They are really fun without the big party/drinking vibe. They literally make everyone feel welcome.

Alpha Phi - ΑΦ Sorority at Baylor University - BU 5.0 Top sorority at Baylor. Aphi has only been around a few years but has quickly risen in the ranks. One of the most desired bids in this year's recruitment. These girls are beautiful, smart, and entertaining. The whole package!

Alpha Phi - ΑΦ Sorority at Baylor University - BU 4.5 Alpha Phi is about half party girls and half complete opposite. Almost everyone ended up here because they were dropped from their first choice but everyone I knew ended up loving it. They have some really ambitious people and I could see it rising over the next few years.

Girls are frequently dropping and get kicked because of the lack of sisterhood and the constantly changing “social media policy.” Heard their DEI chair left because she got told she “wasn’t blonde enough.” Rules and expectations are becoming so strict, you can tell they’re trying too hard to become a wannabe top house. From what I’ve heard from girls in this chapter, they have a lot of work to do until they can move up on campus
