They seem like a big mix of girls: some are smart, some are party animals, some are nice, some aren’t so nice. Right now they are definitely bottom tier. Unlike what a lot of others have said, I’m not sure that’s likely to change in the next few years. They give out a bid to pretty much anyone

Alpha Phi - ΑΦ Sorority at Baylor University - BU 3.9 Although alpha phi is new, I would have every guessed. Being new to baylor and going to the previews, I feel like they are doing a great job. Girls are all super nice and have a common passion for their philanthropy. you can tell they are genuine friends.

Alpha Phi - ΑΦ Sorority at Baylor University - BU 5.0 absolutely love aphi!!! These girls are the sweetest and most genuine girls you'll meet :) Definitely could be top tier eventually because aphi is big at other schools at Texas.

Alpha Phi - ΑΦ Sorority at Baylor University - BU 4.0 They brought in a lot of sweet girls this past spring (including a few of my friends), so I could definitely see them moving up in greek life! They are already doing very well for it only being like their second full year
