The poster below is wrong. They didn't take anywhere close to 17 last fall. They took a few and only 1 or 2 made through. They are just okay. Think guys that would've went Phi Delt or Pi Kapp but didn't make the cut.

As a member of another chapter I can say that SigEp has really done a lot as a chapter. They took like 10 guys this fall and like 17 last fall. They are growing, throwing decent parties, have pretty good sorority relations, and have some stand up guys. I think they are a sold middle tier fraternity and one of the few others I respect on campus. In a couple years if they keep this up they could be top tier.

Sig Ep is very out of touch with reality. They are a below average group that likens themselves to better fraternities that they can't compete with. They sometimes throw decent parties but that is it. Too many creepy guys to ever be considered a good group to join.

Fun guys...very fratty and love to throw great parties. Also, more "manly" than other groups on campus (cough ATO cough).

I have no idea why anyone would join these guys. They started to look decent years ago but fell flat since. I haven't heard of a single thing they have done that was noteworthy and many of their guys are not good people. I would stay away.

Looking back I kind of wish I had gone SigEp. My own chapter was good but we ended up just doing Float and Sing and not having many parties. My Chapter was large but too clickish with different groups of guys only hanging out with certain people. Also the girls we hang out with are kind of stuck up. SigEp on the other hand seems to do college the right way. They all hang out with each other and the girls they hang out with like to have a good time. I would join SigEp if I started over.

Haven't heard of them until I pledged a real fraternity. Don't see any of them around either and from what I hear, they aren't respected. Met a couple guys and all I can is that they're weird and awkward. Don't know why anyone would pledge them when someone can get into a group like ATO or KOT.

Speaking as a Kappa Sigma at Baylor University, I actually really do respect this chapter. They have made great progress over the past two years or so and I can definitely see them improving each and every semester. Although they may not be as active on campus, they do what they want to do and that's all that college is about; having fun and enjoying the four years that you have. I feel that I've ranked them fairly in each category, but keep it up SigEps!

I doubt any Sigep guys couldn't make the cut for Pi Kapp....I mean anyone can get into Pi Kapp. As far as pledge numbers they took 17 last Spring and 10 this fall. So there's that. They're ok...middle tier.
