Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at Baylor University - BU 4.2 After this past pledge class, Pi Kapp has really solidified their spot as a top house on campus. The guys are hot, fun, and know how to party and a lot of them are very smart. One of the only frats with athletes which is cool, no other chapters are like them and they are definitely the most “state school frat”. ATO hates them because they lost so many kids to them and other chapters hate on them because no one throws at least 2 parties a week like they do. None of my friends have ever said they ever felt creeped out at a pi kapp event. Definitely a top house. Looking forward to their welcome week parties!

Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at Baylor University - BU 2.4 they are actually decent but they self rank so hard it’s actually insane. It’s impossible to find a post on this site where they are not claiming they are top house. You can always tell the self rankage by the number of reviews compared to everyone else. I wish they would just have fun like everyone else instead of being worried what tier they are in.
