Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity Ratings at BU

Phi Delt throws awesome parties.However, their brothers are very hit/miss: they are either awesome guys or total douches.They also dont do much on campus.Also the spring pledge class was weak.They took a 2nd-semester senior & multiple 2nd-semester juniors (in fairness these guys failed hella classes & only classify as academic sophomores).Any fraternity who does this loses respect. I would name individuals but site wont allow. In short:great parties, hit/miss brothers, little campus involvement.

Do absolutely nothing on campus,but they are the best party frat on campus no one comes close. They are really trying to change the social scene at BU

Best fraternity at baylor hands down. Top tier

Great chapter overall that knows how to party and be respectful. Only knock against them is their lack of involvement which isn't all that bad really.

Plain awful. the worst 'real' fraternity

people not close to this fraternity use gossip, stereotypes, and knowledge of one or two bad seeds to form a dramatic generalization about how awful these guys are, the truth is once you get to know them their brotherhood is as strong as anyone on campus, they throw the best parties along with SAE, and they revolutionized Dia with the last two years. the party scene at baylor would not be where it is without these guys...a few questionable guys and a lack of campus involvement hold them down

Some of the sweetest guys around. They are more involved than people think. They have awesome parties too! All around, they are one of the best by far. I'd rather go to a Phi Delt party over a SAE, KSig, FIJI, or Delt anyday. They get too much hate for no reason. People are just jealous because of the whole dia thing.

Would be better if they were involved with Baylor more and didn't talk smack about everyone else while talking good about themselves 24/7 on and off of Greekrank. Lots of cool individuals, the group as a whole is too full of themselves and they haven't done anything incredible.

In truth they are pretty worthless. Most of the sororities in campus refuse to hang out with them and the other fraternities hate them. Most of the guys join thinking it's something better than it is... Once they find out how small time it is they are usually disappointed. It's become more if a drinking club that hangs out with the same small group of girls.
